Seller withdrawal procedure is missing
The VESPER seller’s contact, withdrawal submission procedure and confirmation process have not yet been configured. No consumer withdrawal form or electronic withdrawal function is available on this website. These are unresolved release requirements.
Stripe processes payments through its hosted Checkout. A Stripe payment page, receipt, refund or payment dispute is not a verified seller withdrawal function. No Stripe buyer portal is offered here as a substitute for the seller’s legal obligations.
Digital content and early access
An applicable statutory withdrawal right does not disappear simply because a product is digital or an account has been activated. For paid digital content, any early expiry of that right depends on the legally required express consent, acknowledgement, confirmation and commencement of supply. This page collects no waiver.
Before commercial release, the applicable withdrawal instructions, any required model form and the actual consent and confirmation process must be completed. The product’s contractual classification and the customer’s location also need to be considered.
What is still being verified
The complete transaction-specific withdrawal procedure and its confirmation have not yet been implemented and verified for a VESPER purchase. This static page is not evidence that the electronic withdrawal function required by applicable law is in place.
Commercial release requires a working, accessible procedure with the required transaction information and receipt confirmation. No request form is displayed here because the operator’s contact and handling process have not yet been configured.
