Payment support before release

Commercial sales are not open. Stripe is the selected payment processor, and no completed VESPER test checkout or refund journey has yet been verified. A monitored VESPER seller contact and a working procedure for refund requests must be established before sales open.

Stripe Checkout is a payment page. This website has no configured buyer refund portal or refund-request form. Payment processing does not replace the seller’s responsibility for complaints, refunds or consumer withdrawal requests.

Statutory rights and product problems

Applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed digital products remain unaffected. A one-time software payment does not, by itself, remove those rights. This page does not impose a blanket no-refunds condition or guarantee every discretionary request will be approved.

A developer support channel and a release-specific procedure for installation or product problems are still being completed. Before sales open, the offer must clearly identify the available support route and delivery commitments.

Effect on a licence

The planned Stripe behaviour withdraws the purchased entitlement after a verified full refund or payment dispute. A full refund of a base purchase revokes its licence; a full refund of an additional-seat pack removes that pack. Associated private server access is re-evaluated through short-lived licence leases. This behaviour still requires actual test-payment and refund verification.

A partial refund is intended to preserve the purchased product access, subject to the particular statutory remedy and manual reconciliation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A later payment notification or reversal does not automatically restore a withdrawn entitlement; any correction needs review. The website does not initiate refunds automatically.
